Throughout the different human race civilizations stories of the DOOMSday soon to come have always persisted. Whether it will come from higher powers as punishment for our sins or from mother Nature still uncertain. But what it is true, is that must of those ancient civilizations have set our present as the time in which these events could take place. From the Egyptians to the must mentioned predictions of the Mayans, they not just proclaimed of an end of days, but instead they warn us of a new beginning. This blog has been created to share our thoughts on this topic. How to prepare for unforseen worldwide events or any inputs of interest that might find answers to our member's questions regarding our survival. Please feel free to share.

Aliens Attack!!!?

Oh yes!! As extreme as it might sound, even our goverments have considered this.
During a United Nations appearance President Reagan once said "that all our (goverments) differences would dissapear during an Alien Invasion" Well, there is good news and bad news regarding this topic. The good news is, the probabilities of an Alien invasion are even smaller than alien life existence and /or at least proven to reach our planet for that matter.
The bad news is, there are over 22 thousand active nuclear heads in existence, enough to wipe out humanity not once, but twice competely. With so many nuclear heads, we, the human race, could be responsible for our own doomsday event and to make things even worst, our ambission for power and
control can lead to a massive human destruction without even the nuclear heads and /or alien's interfirence.
The ironic thing is that while 99% of the population see preppers as some kind of fanatics community, it might happen that these fanatics might become humanity last hope in order to avoid the total extintion of our expecies joining the "the Lonely George", a Galapago's tortuguise and last of its kind whose death a few weeks ago put an end to its especie.
If an alien invasion ever occur, the only different factor during such catastrophe would be the aliens itself. If we, the humans, have learned anything at all in past Natural and/ or human caused disasters, is that during these calamities we become the worst enemy to ourselves. Food stores will be cleared off in just 3 hours, after that, turning against each other is a proven reality that takes place in our so call instint to survive. Not sure, but maybe the aliens themselves didn't count with such unpredictable allies... or have they?
Then again, the ironic factor kicks in. If such event as an Alien attack ever occur, the only way, or the recommended way to survive is by developing a community in which to help; protect each other. As much as an Alien Invasion is rarely considered, wars created by us are more than capable of a real doomsday, fitting the scenario of an inteplanetary invasion we all seen in movies. Saddest thing is, we could be the only ones responsible for our own extintion.
